Unfortunately, gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the replacement item.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and find the best resolution for you.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
